Customer Success & Growth Lead for Fitness Tech

Pure Energy Music LTD is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal and growth. You will build strong relationships with gym operators and stakeholders, driving retention and account growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
