Customer Success & Community Advocate (London)

Landlord Studio is seeking a friendly, organised person to join our UK team in London. You'll help customers get started, answer questions and ensure a great experience using Landlord Studio and Nexus.

You'll also support partners, create simple social content, attend occasional conferences and events, and feed back what customers are asking for to help improve our guidance and resources. Some travel within the UK is expected.
