Customer Success Advisor

Severn Trent Water is seeking a Customer Advisor at the Shelton site in Shrewsbury. The role starts on 5 October 2026 and includes a four-week training programme. You will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in shifts between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

You will chat with customers by phone and email, own their needs end-to-end, and collaborate with a team of 12 to deliver outstanding service. Benefits include 25 days holiday, annual bonus up to £1,500, and a leading pension scheme.
