About the Client
Our client is an ambitious tech start-up steadily growing in the hospitality sector. Known for smart, tech-driven solutions and strong customer focus, they're looking to add a Customer Success Advisor to help maintain high service standards and build lasting user relationships.
This is typically a Monday to Friday position with 5 weekend shifts covered each year.
About the Opportunity
As a Customer Success Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, supporting them throughout their journey with the platform. You'll take ownership of your own client base-building strong relationships, offering tailored advice, and helping users make the most of the platform's features. Whether through regular check-ins, performance reviews, or strategic support, your focus will be on driving engagement, solving problems, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Work closely with customers to ensure they get the most value from the platform.
- Provide proactive advice, share best practices, and educate users on features and tools.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Foster trust and engagement through regular communication and responsive support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate feedback and enhance the overall experience.
About You
You'll bring at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role-whether in customer success, account management, support, or sales-ideally within a tech or service-led environment. You're a confident communicator with a proactive mindset, capable of building rapport, offering strategic guidance, and resolving issues with care and clarity. Comfortable in a fast-moving setting, you're someone who takes ownership, embraces change, and is eager to grow alongside a supportive and evolving team.
