Customer Solutions Specialist - Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours per weekBased in our Customer Solutions office, the Customer Solutions Specialist plays a vital role on the front line of sales and customer service. Building strong relationships is key, as the Specialist manages the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection, coordinating with all depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
This role is desk-based within our Haydock office, working directly with other departments and areas of the business.
Requirements:- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to learning and development
- Experience in the hire industry or similar sales/operational roles
- Ability to support the business unit/team in delivering our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver
