Customer Solutions Advisor - Empathetic Support & Diagnosis

Solus, owned by Aviva, is seeking a Customer Solutions Centre Advisor to be the face of Solus. You will be the first point of contact over the telephone, listen carefully, reassure customers, and help them move forward with confidence.

With full training provided, you will perform a basic vehicle diagnosis and identify the best repair solution, joining a supportive, collaborative team across our UK sites and Warrington contact centre.
