Pyramid8 are recruiting for an enthusiastic and confident Customer Services Team Leader who enjoys motivating people, improving performance, and delivering outstanding service? We're looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to join a leading healthcare provider delivering NHS-funded services.

This is a hands on leadership role where you'll support and develop a multi skilled team responsible for reception, telephone enquiries and referral management. You'll lead by example, helping to ensure every patient receives a professional, friendly and efficient experience.

Covering 2 sites - Normanton and Pontefract Monday - Friday 37.5 Hours ( With some flexibility ) What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach and support the Customer Services Team.
  • Provide hands on support with calls, reception and referrals when required.
  • Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve patient access and customer experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Train, Develop and Coach new and existing staff
  • Help create a positive, supportive and high performing team culture.
  • Help design training manuals and look at improvements to process
About You

You'll be an organised, approachable and confident leader with:

  • Previous experience leading a customer service team.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to motivate others and manage competing priorities.
  • You will need to be flexible and pro active

Healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential.
