Customer Services Officer - 12-Month Fixed Term

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Customer Services Officer on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, ending 30 September 2027. The role focuses on handling telephone enquiries and providing access to council services efficiently.

You will assist customers across multiple channels, help them access information at first contact, and promote online services where appropriate. Welsh language at Level 4 is required.
