Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Lancing, West Sussex (Hybrid: 2 3 days on-site)
Salary: £25,685 per annum, Band C, Level 3
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

The Role
We re looking for someone who can deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service every time. As a Customer Service Advisor, you ll help deliver top-class support to our customers. You ll respond to enquiries, process returns, and assist with personalised orders.
As our Customer Service Advisor, the Key responsibilities are:
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
- Support wholesale, retail, and international customers.
- Handle complaints and customer reviews professionally.
- Assist with returns, order processing, and personalised orders.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless service
What we are looking for in our Customer Service Advisor:
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving ability with a focus on accuracy and detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong work ethic with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
