Job Description
Customer Service Administrator

Location: Shenley - must be a driver as there is no public transport link

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am 5:30pm, fully office based

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, International Business Partners, and our UK Sales Team.
  • Assist with pricing queries and dispatch samples for evaluations.
  • Answer enquiries via phone and email, directing them to the relevant person.
  • Process orders, checking pricing and stock availability.
  • Arrange exports with the required documentation.
  • Scan and file all paperwork on our internal system.
  • Track shipments with couriers and provide updates.
  • Contact customers for payment requests, ensuring accounts remain current.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate back order issues.
  • Answer main telephone lines for UK Clinical Product Specialists and customers.
  • Package parcels for DPD and arrange collections.
  • Provide Proof of Delivery (POD) for DPD deliveries.
  • Offer administrative support to other departments when necessary.
Essential Experience
  • Must have customer service/administration/order processing experience within an office environment.
  • Healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience highly desirable.
  • A strong team player who enjoys collaboration.
