Job Description

Logistics & Customer Administration Coordinator

Our client is seeking a proactive, detail driven Logistics & Customer Administration Coordinator to support their busy operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys keeping logistics and customer processes running smoothly.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm - 35 hour week

£12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily logistics administration - completing core tasks accurately and on time to support the wider operations team.
  • Customer service support - providing prompt, effective communication to the Customer Service team and ensuring all customer interactions are clear and accurate.
  • Shipment tracking - monitoring shipments, updating tracking information, and ensuring customers receive timely updates.
  • Supplier coordination - checking in with suppliers, resolving issues quickly, and escalating problems when necessary.
  • Cross department communication - working closely with Transport and Despatch teams to keep operations aligned and efficient.
Skills & Experience
  • PC literate, with confident working ability in Outlook, Word, and Metafour.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • A problem solver with a calm, professional approach.
