Parking Network BV is seeking a Supervisor to manage and oversee one of our Customer Service Teams for APCOA. You will lead call centre staff, delegate tasks, and drive performance with a positive attitude.

You will develop and coach the team, conduct appraisals, provide feedback, and prepare regular reports for the client and APCOA, while fostering continuous improvement and strong communication.
