Customer Service Team Lead - Retail Betting

Paddy Power in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to welcome customers in our retail shops, delivering best-in-class service and promoting Paddy offers. You'll lead by example, ensuring an outstanding hospitality experience and helping the shop hit goals with a positive, proactive approach.

You will host customers in shop, answer queries, and promote promotions across channels while training is provided to new recruits.
