The Role of a Customer Service Representative:

You'll be at the heart of the business, delivering exceptional service to customers, building strong relationships, and supporting day to day operations within a collaborative team environment. This is a busy role where you will have communications with internal and external stakeholders and always be ensuring the customer has an exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills
• A positive, reliable team player with a passion for customer service
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to manage your own workload effectively
• MUST be willing to travel for the initial 4 week training period
