GoGoMeds is seeking experienced full-time Patient Support Specialist (CSR) to join our talented team.

Duties will include:

• Receive, document and resolve patient inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat
• Build lasting relationships with patients
• Processing patient payments and resolve billing discrepancies
• Support and train peers as needed
• Comply with all state and federal laws
• Other reasonable duties as assigned by manager
• Work in multiple computer systems and support multiple platforms
• Display passion for and responsibility for the customer
• Display a passion for what you do and a drive to improve
• A strong drive to complete tasks and accomplish goals
• Dependability, punctuality, and accountability
• Strong multitasking, problem solving, and prioritizing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• At least 1 year of previous call center experience
• Previous experience in a medical office/facility
• Background in healthcare/ medical terminology

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Kentucky Pharmacy Technician Certificate (required for employment and can be obtain prior to the first day of employment)
• Must be available for Saturday shift rotation (every few weeks)
