Customer Service Representative

SAVSpecialized in the fields of cabinetry, carpentry, and interior design, Maison Wider combines rigor and perfectionism to create a true interface between clients, project leaders, sales, and service. You will ensure the complete management of after-sales service while guaranteeing rigor, respect for deadlines, and customer satisfaction on custom and high-end design projects. Collaborate with project leaders to complete the after-sales service for existing projects and with sales for the management of new projects. Analyze client requests and ensure a complete and prompt response to the relevant parties. Receive and handle after-sales requests. Manage orders and spare parts with brand managers. Monitor the delivery of spare parts. Schedule after-sales interventions with the installation service. Estimate potential costs and the duration of orders, and control the progress of orders.ProfilePossessing a degree in carpentry-cabinetmaking, or from the construction sector with a strong interest in design. Ideally fluent in English, at least B1/B2 level. Proactive and eager to learn. Strong character and service orientation, understands the notion of deadlines. Ability to respect constraints, adapt, and find solutions; meticulousness, precision, and technical arbitration.
