Customer Service Inbound Calls Temporary Role Office-Based

I am working with a client who is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join them in an ongoing temporary role based in Normanton. This is a fully office-based role where your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build strong customer relationships will shine.
What you'll be doing:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and care
  • Proactively upselling and identifying new opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with your customer portfolio
  • Promoting campaigns and supporting category growth
  • Hitting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets
  • Keeping customer data accurate and up to date
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture

  • What we're looking for:
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar customer-focused role
  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Organised, adaptable, and target-driven
  • A team player who thrives in a busy environment
