What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Support, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our clients with suitable properties and facilitating transactions. Working closely with your colleagues, you will strive to meet both personal and team targets. Your responsibilities will include guiding expats through the housing market, responding to inquiries via various communication channels, attending exhibitions, and collaborating with our network of real estate professionals. Additionally, you will assist in property management and support clients in finding rental properties. This role offers a dynamic and varied experience within our organisation.


A Typical Workday

Based at our office in Amsterdam or Amstelveen, you will engage with our diverse clientele. Your day will begin with reviewing your tasks and responding to client inquiries, both new and existing. You will provide customer support throughout a clients journey, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.


Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a driven and personable individual with a strong customer service acumen. You should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable engaging with clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Ideally, you reside in or near Amsterdam or Amstelveen, are target-driven, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with the ability to multitask effectively are highly desirable.


Additional Requirements

  • Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week
  • HBO-level education
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals
  • Fluency in English
  • Valid driver's license (B) (useful)
