Job Description
Tasks:
- Support the Commercial stream (SAP SD) of the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program
- Support the new SAP module and associated processes are validated from a business perspective and meet operational readiness for go-live in January 2026
- Support the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service (Commercial) functio
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria
- Validate SAP system functionality against business requirements, including integration points with Suppy Chain Management and Finance
- Identify, document, and escalate defects or gaps in functionliaty, and support resolution tracking
- Support / represent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triae meetings
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and background on SAP and IT
- Work experience for and on SAP a big asset
- Experienced Administrative Professional
- hands-on mindset.
- English: fluent /native, German: nice to have
