Customer Service Pro - Flexible Hours at Entertainment Hub

Tenpin in Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You'll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children's parties.
