Customer Service Operator - Newcastle Under Lyme

Hours: Monday to Friday

My client, has a friendly and welcoming office and are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team on a full time basis. The office is a fun place to work and they're all about teamwork, efficiency, and making sure our orders for agricultural food go smoothly!

Seeking a reliable and computer-literate individual to assist with placing orders for food products. This position involves handling order placement, managing administration tasks and emails, ensuring all order details are accurate.

• Place orders for food products accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders.
• Use SAP software to process orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
• Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

• Proven experience using SAP software (desirable).
• Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team.
• Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
