Customer Service Operations Leader - Planning & Resolution

Miele Operations & Payment Solutions GmbH, Abingdon/Reading, is seeking a Customer Service Operations Manager to lead Planning, Customer Resolutions and Back Office teams, while overseeing KPI performance across outsourced partners.
