Customer Service Operations Coordinator

Ovia Group in the UK is seeking two Customer Service Operations Support to strengthen our admin and operations teams. These permanent, full-time roles are office-based at our Tamworth head office and involve coordinating customer orders, deliveries, returns, and related administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.

You'll produce operational reports, monitor performance metrics, and liaise with customers, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
