Customer Service Advisor Neasden £27,000 + bonus

I am recruiting a Customer Service Adviser for a well established storage solutions company based in Neasden. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries face to face and over the phone, identifying opportunities to add value, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role
• A confident, friendly communicator
• Someone proactive who spots opportunities naturally
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Comfortable juggling tasks in a busy environment
