Customer Service Manager - Lead a High-Impact Retail Team

Morrisons is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a team on the shop floor, coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding service that keeps our customers feeling valued. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll manage scheduling, training and cross department collaboration to maintain high standards across all service areas.
