Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 & full benefits

The role of the Customer Service & Sales Manager - Building Products will involve:

• Customer service & sales promoting a high quality range of building products
• This role is a temporary position for 6-12 months
• Your main responsibility will be to develop, mentor and manage a small internal based customer service team
• Deal with the key account customer base when issues arise
• Support backorders, demand and stock levels
• Liaise with internal customer service, marketing, supply team and transport teams
• Manage vendor performance

The ideal applicant will be an Customer Service & Sales Manager - Building Products with:

• Must have B2B customer service experience
• Must have people leadership / management
• Ideally from the construction sector however open for the right candidate for example FMCG
• IT proficient
• Proactive problem solver
