Customer Service Leader, Key Accounts

Carlisle Brass in Carlisle is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to lead the customer service team and ensure first contact resolution and on-time delivery to key accounts and general customers.

You will develop processes, monitor KPIs, coach staff, and collaborate with the Cylinder Workshop and Key Accounts teams to maintain high service standards and a proactive, customer-centric culture.
