Responsibilities- Inspiring and leading the team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Coaching and developing the team to achieve sales targets and uphold store standards
- Collaborating with peers and Customer Service Leaders to ensure seamless operations
- Maximizing department and category performance to optimize overall store success
- Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proven track record in successfully managing a team within a retail customer service and sales environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong customer focus and the ability to engage and influence both internal and external customers
- Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, and a natural team leader
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day store operations
