Customer Service Leader - Drive Service & Training

Morrisons in the UK is recruiting a Customer Service Manager to drive outstanding customer service and lead a busy store department. You will set the standard for guest experience and coach colleagues to consistently perform at a high level.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage scheduling, attendance and performance, deliver training, develop talent and build strong cross department relationships to achieve targets and a great shopping experience for customers.
