The Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Customer Service Executive to join the team in Poynton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving, working in a fast paced environment, and being part of a collaborative team.

You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and professionally while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound customer queries via phone, email, and internal systems
• Providing timely updates on shipments, deliveries, and order status
• Resolving issues and escalating where necessary
• Liaising with internal teams including operations and transport
• Maintaining accurate records and customer information
• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience

About You

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
• Proactive mindset with a solutions focused approach
