If you have excellent Customer Service skills, this well-established employer in the Brighton area could be your perfect new job. This is a very busy customer support team, so previous phone-based customer service experience, such as from a call centre or customer service administrator role, is key.

Job duties include:

1. First point of contact for customers across two brands
2. Handling a high volume of customer enquiries via calls, emails, and live chat
3. Working with financial/payroll information and related administration duties
4. Ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines while following best practices
5. Supporting other teams with customer service and administrative tasks as needed

Skills & experience required:

• Phone-based customer service experience is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail in administration
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Customer-focused attitude

Salary, hours, and benefits:

• £24,000 rising to £25,000 after 6 months
• 37.5 hours/week, with shifts from 8.30am to 4.30pm, and one late shift 11.30am to 7.30pm per week
• Every 5 weeks, one weekend shift (10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday) with two weekdays off around it
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Birthday off
