The Customer Service function provides market leading customer care to LeasePlan Customers, whether Fleet managers, drivers or dealer & broker partners. The Corporate Care department is committed to enabling business retention and growth by providing excellent levels of service and building strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clear and accurate fleet management service and support to our customers.
  • Manage customer queries and requests through both email and telephone calls to a successful and timely resolution.
  • Deliver a professional and engaging front of house service to our customers and external contacts.
  • Resolve all issues by telephone as fast as possible, providing accurate information to minimise queries and complaints.
  • Deliver client specific tasks and processes within agreed SLAs.
  • Build rapport and confidence with our customer base.
Qualifications
  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of spoken English to enable telephone communication with customers.
  • Good command of written English to enable email communication with customers.
  • Customer facing experience.
  • Ability to deal calmly and professionally with customers on the telephone.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to show empathy and support to customers.
  • Resilience.
