Are you looking to join a company that prioritises customer success?
As a result of company growth and an internal promotion, our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with senior internal and external stakeholders.
While this is a customer service role, it is not a call centre environment. Instead, you'll be part of a small, close-knit team, responding to customer emails and phone calls, generating settlement letters upon request, and assisting with internal enquiries from other departments.
Responsibilities:- Handling all telephone enquiries from both prospective and existing customers.
- Responding to customers quickly and effectively, ensuring that every customer interaction has a positive outcome.
- Responsible for all in-life processes, such as settlement requests, reschedules, account queries, refunds and cash reconciliations.
- Liaise with internal departments assisting with both in-life requests & customer queries.
- Maintain customer data to ensure it is up to date.
- Identification of improvements and changes that will further enhance their customer service delivery.
- Ensuring the service you provide is representative of the company's values.
- Complaints handling.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, professional customer service.
- Excellent communication and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, to support in-life processes such as customer settlements and repayment queries.
- Ability to listen and to understand what the query is by asking the right questions, then resolving them for the customer.
- Able to work within a team and help create a positive, working environment.
- Experience in dealing with CRM systems or the ability to learn new system processes.
- Self-motivated and a passion for excelling.
