Play an important part in our journey

You'll work as part of a friendly established team, looking to deliver the best customer service to our internal teams and our customers. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails, working closely with our warehouse and transport teams to find the best solutions for our customers. In our busy team your role is to respond to, and action the wide range of queries and requests that come to you. These might be from our National Account Sales team, National Account Customer Service team or directly from our customers. You'll be investigating and logging calls in line with our agreed service levels through our Reflex system.

With everything you do, you'll be working to reach solutions and make our customer experience even better.

This role is fast paced, but rewarding, so you'll be kept busy as you help our teams and customers to grow.
