They're looking for a Customer Service Representative - German to be the voice of their brand and provide excellent support to their German-speaking customers. What You'll Do: As a key member of the team, you'll be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, guiding them through their orders and ensuring they receive top-tier service. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, offering personalized support. Help customers place, adjust, and complete their orders with care. Draft tailor-made quotes and ensure they meet customer needs. Address customer complaints with creative, solution-focused approaches. Fluent in German, both spoken and written. A competitive monthly salary ranging from €2,550 to €2,900 based on a 38-hour work week (in line with CAO Open Teelten). 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment).
