Are you hardworking and have experience as a Customer Service Coordinator? If so, a great opportunity has become available for our client who operates two sites: BDC-bakery items such as bread rolls, and CDC-cakes, pain au chocolate, etc. Staffline is recruiting Customer Service Coordinators in Crick.
Rate of pay: £12.71 per hour.
This is a full time role working fixed shifts: 4 on / 4 off. Working hours are 10 am to 9 pm.
Responsibilities- Liaise daily with major retailers.
- Compare tracking data with customer platforms and update.
- Raise disparities between client and customer platform tracking data internally and externally.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the business.
- Communicate potential service issues using a variety of media with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collate and publish daily KPI reports internally and externally at scheduled times.
- Process information from suppliers.
- Attend internal operational meetings as required.
- Experience as a Customer Service Coordinator.
- Relationship building skills; act professionally and responsibly at all times.
- Confident decision making and excellent communication at all levels.
- Analytical skills-basic data analysis and problem solving abilities.
- Interpersonal skills-able to work within a team and independently outside office hours.
- Self motivated, flexible, determined and persistent.
- Quick learner; reliable and punctual.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs.
- Good communication skills and working well in a team.
- Earn £12.71 per hour.
- 4 on / 4 off schedule.
