Customer Service Champion - Waste & Recycling Help Desk

Biffa is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our contact centre in Barlborough. You will help customers with queries, provide resolutions and deliver high-quality service in a dedicated team.

The role is office-based, permanent full-time (37.5 hours) with shifts 7:45am-5:30pm weekdays and 8am-1pm Saturdays on a rota. 25,174 per year OTE, with benefits and training provided.
