To strengthen our team, we are looking for a personality as a Customer Service Center Advisor (m/f/d) capable of learning quickly, flexible, service-oriented, and with an excellent sense of customer service. Please send the complete application (CV, work references, diplomas).Customer Service Center Advisor (m/f/d)What you will do:- Respond to telephone inquiries from our clientele on various banking themes, digital services, and customer needs by proposing tailored solutions (cross- + up-selling).- Participate in targeted outbound campaigns as part of commercial or customer actions.- Ensure active listening and relay specific requests to the relevant departments.- Follow regular coaching sessions to maintain the high-quality standards of the Service Center.What do you bring?- CFC of customer agent, CFC of commercial employee, or equivalent.- Initial experience in a customer contact center or in the banking sector is an advantage.- Proficient in spoken and written French, with excellent knowledge of a second language (level B2).- Comfortable in a digital environment and a strong interest in digital tools.- Open-mindedness, service orientation, and enthusiasm for our clients with professionalism.- Flexibility in extended hours (according to a team system).We provide space for personal growth and give meaning to our work.
