Job Description
Role - Customer Service Assistant
Location - Edinburgh City Centre
Hours - Monday - Friday, 0830 - 1700 (37.5 hours per week)
Start date - Monday 25th May 2026
Duration - Until end of July 2026
Pay Rate - £13.00 per hour

Pertemps are recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Edinburgh team on a temporary basis.

The role:
  • Answering phone calls
  • Meeting and greeting candidates upon arrival
  • Managing a mailbox
  • Arranging interview appointments
  • Supporting with general admin tasks
  • Any other tasks as required


You should have excellent customer service skills and be proactive.
