We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!As a Customer Service Assistant based inour Milton Keynes branch you'll be responsible for: Being the first point of contact for customers for any query resolution through various channels adapting a high level of customer service to each query that is reviewed Efficiently taking/making inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer service levels are carried out to the highest possible standard Having a full understanding of stock movements and deliveries from both ourselves and manufacturer.This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 5.30pm.
