Responsibilities

As a Lifeguard you will provide safe supervision of customers in poolside locations, keep people safe, prevent serious injuries or accidents. You will be calm and confident, perform rescues, deliver first aid and have difficult conversations with customers who may be acting unsafely. You will maintain control of the pool and challenge inappropriate behaviour.

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification or the ability to pass the course.
• Desire to progress within the company, with opportunities to become a swimming teacher, duty manager, or trainer.
