Customer Service Apprentice: Level 2 Training & Career Growth

Auger is seeking a Customer Service Apprentice at our head office in Wallasey. You will be supported to gain a Level 2 Customer Service qualification with in-house training to excel in your role. You will join our Customer Relations team, assisting customers requiring support and those who have raised dissatisfaction.

Starting salary is £15,600 with an annual bonus of £2,000-£2,500, plus 5.5% pension. 37.5 hours weekly. 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and enhanced leave with service.
