Customer Service & Systems Automation Coordinator

Fulfillable Limited is hiring in Bury for a full-time Customer Service role. You will split time between frontline customer support and configuring automation across our helpdesk and data flows. This position suits someone early in their career who is technically curious about integrations and automations.

You'll work with Zendesk, Mintsoft, ShipHero, and Xero, handling queries, improving processes, and helping scale operations while keeping clients informed and supported.
