Job Description
Customer Service Representative & Supply Chain Administrator 
Bizerba (UK) Ltd is looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service Representative & Supply Chain Administrator based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. This role ensures customers receive timely, accurate support while keeping supply chain processes running smoothly - a key link between sales, operations and delivery.
Purpose of the roleProvide responsive customer service and day-to-day administration of supply chain activities to maintain high service levels, support order fulfilment and help the business meet commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries by phone and email, logging and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Process sales orders, enter order data and maintain order records in internal systems.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams to track stock, delivery dates and shortages.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, track supplier acknowledgements and follow up on outstanding items.
- Monitor order status, update customers on progress and elevate exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment documentation and assist with reconciliations.
- Produce routine reports on order volumes, fulfillment metrics and supplier performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline customer service and supply chain processes.
- Previous experience in customer service or supply chain administration, preferably within retail or related sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Good numeracy and attention to detail for order processing and record keeping.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience using ERP or order management systems.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with purchasing workflows, stock control and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with retail supply chain practices or B2B customer service environments.
- Knowledge of data reporting and basic analysis to support decision-making.
- A relevant vocational qualification or equivalent practical experience in customer service, administration or supply chain is advantageous but not mandatory.
