Customer Service & Site Operations Manager

Welcome Break is seeking a Customer Service Manager at Woodall, near Sheffield, to lead our customer service and maintenance teams and deliver an exceptional, safe, and welcoming experience for customers on the move. This hands-on role focuses on site cleanliness, proactive maintenance, and running health and safety standards across all areas.

You will work with the Site Leader to resolve issues quickly, coach staff, and drive audits, inspections and continuous improvement.
