Customer Service & Parts Advisor (6-Month FTC)

FMG Repair Services is seeking a Customer Service Advisor/Parts Advisor on a fixed-term 6-month maternity cover at our Sheffield branch. You will support the daily running of the internal parts department and ensure customers receive outstanding service, while maintaining accurate parts stock and liaising with suppliers.

No prior industry experience is required thanks to our induction training, but a full UK or EU driving licence and strong customer service skills are essential.
