Customer Service & Operations Coordinator

Sharpsmart Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our Rainham facility to deliver outstanding service and drive customer satisfaction.

You will manage customer interactions, coordinate tasks with cross-functional teams, and uphold Sharpsmart service standards on a daily basis. The role requires experience in customer service within a production/operational environment, strong planning skills, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
