Customer Service & Admin Officer

Old Moat in Manchester is seeking candidates who are enthusiastic and keen to learn. You will need excellent customer service skills and will need to be confident speaking to citizens both in person and on the telephone.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent keyboard skills and have a working knowledge of Microsoft IT packages. You will also need to be a team player and will need to be able to prioritise your own workload and work to deadlines.
