Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours,Monday to friday 8-5:30 and saturdayson rotation.
As aCustomer Service Agent, you expertly bring to life the Northgate experience, managing the needs of customers, colleagues and managers to ensure our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there.
Our branches are busy, fast-paced places to be and, as aCustomer Service Agent, you will be right at the very centre of it. You're often the first point of contact for customers; so confidently delivering agreat servicewith a smile is second nature. Whereyou really excelis in managing more than one task at a time - from sourcing vehicles so you can say yes to booking, resolving a customer rental query, administration of a customer account or overseeing the daily vehicle movements in and out of branch.
You don't need any previous industry or vehicle rental administration experience to join our team (ourproven induction trainingwill take care of that) but you'll need all of your customer service know-how, administration skill and most importantly your calm, 'can-do' attitude(along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course!)to get things done.
