Salary: £28,734 pa + bonus up to £1,408 pa
Weekly Hours: 42.5 hours / week
Shift Patterns: 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday - 1 hour lunch; 8am to 12pm Saturdays (rotation).
Customer Service Agent ResponsibilitiesYou will be the first point of contact for customers, confidently delivering a great service with a smile. You will manage multiple tasks concurrently - sourcing vehicles to enable bookings, resolving customer rental queries, administering customer accounts, and overseeing daily vehicle movements in and out of the branch.
Qualifications- Full UK or EU Driving Licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Calm, can do attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- No prior vehicle rental experience required; induction training provided
- Quarterly bonus scheme (up to £1,408 pa OTE)
